Then come to Meditate & Mingle and join our community. My partner the Yogibanker and myself created these events, which we host monthly in different spaces in London, all of them clean, calm and pleasant. We offer a safe, welcoming environment. The mix of regulars and newbies works really well and the meditation is a simple breath-based technique which needs only minimal guidance.
And there are gluten-free brownies :-)
