According to the teachings of the Birthlight tradition, which is based on anatomical knowledge as well as observations of traditional societies, women benefit from specific moves which they do not get a chance to practice sufficiently in their daily lives. Our chair-based culture, and even a very linear and strong, more “masculine” yoga practice, can lead to digestive and reproductive ailments, mood disorders, exhaustion and other issues.

Susanne looks forward to sharing with you these simple, playful and yet powerful sequences and techniques in a women’s circle.
They are simple and yet deeply nourishing, and you will discover many practical tips for you to take home and integrate easily into your daily life. This is a different approach to yoga and can be interesting both for experienced yoginis and women of all ages with no current yoga practice.
