Dear yoginis and yogis,
in Paris the pace of life tends to be frenetic in June, as everyone is trying to wrap up projects before the long summer break. Having a daily yoga practice helps a lot in staying focused and relaxing the shoulder girdle! Luckily, with the long days, it’s easier to get up early for home practice or to make the effort of going to the yoga studio after a day’s work is done. And it’s really worth it 🙂
June is a busy month for Yoga in Action, with the upcoming launch of a “secret video project” you will soon hear more about, and the second leg of my Birthlight training, focusing on postnatal yoga, which comes in handy as the ladies from the prenatal group are now having their babies, one after the other! I am also teaching the last group classes before leaving Paris for summer break. So… I’ll keep you posted!
