Happy September Dear Yoginis and Yogis,

The light is changing in the Sierra de Aracena, summer is coming to an end and chestnuts are ripening on the trees. If you are interested in seeing photos of this hidden gem of a Natural Park, don’t mind the German language and click on www.sierrabloggerin.wordpress.com, where I write about this area.
The yoga season at Posada San Marcos has been such a lovely and promising experience that Lucy, Angel and I are busy planning the next season. People have come from Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, London and Palma de Mallorca to practice yoga with me in this peaceful environment. These are laid-back yoga holidays, a far cry from stern ashram discipline, something for the whole family and both advanced and beginner practicioners. Despite my own beliefs, even vegetarianism is optional here!
For a more intensive yoga experience and to spend a yogic Christmas, you are welcome to join Brent Mackay, Claudia Hubberten and myself at La Serranía on the beautiful island of Mallorca from the 21rst to the 28th of December. Places are filling up quickly, but I’d love to see some of my students mixing with Brent’s and Claudia’s! More information on the yoga holidays page.
